Budapest presents their sustainable procurement work at EU Green Week 2018
GLCN Member Budapest (Hungary) recently presented their sustainable procurement work, commitments and plans at EU Green Week, 21-25 May, in Brussels (Belgium).
Among the organisations, networks and projects named as influencers behind their procurement plans and strategies were: the CEPPI Project, Procura+, membership of ICLEI Europe and the GLCN network.
The presentation focused on the city’s immediate procurement plans for 2018 and future goals and plans the city has.
The city’s procurement plans for 2018 include: developing a SPP training programme, creating a sustainable and green procurement toolkit, and creating a sustainable procurement strategy for the city.
